UNLEASH is a global innovation lab, which gathers 1,000 talent annually to collaborate on solutions to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. UNLEASH is a global initiative committed to bringing the world’s top talents together to share ideas, build networks and create solutions to help reach Sustainable Development Goals. It brings together 1,000 young people from across the world for an annual innovation lab, organizes local hacks, and supports ongoing capacity building and solution implementation. UNLEASH has been recognized as one of the world’s most influential sustainability brands (Onalytica 2018), having engaged 4,000 talents from 160 countries and facilitated the development of 600+ SDG solutions with +300 partners. Thus far, UNLEASH has resulted in three successful annual Innovation Labs in Denmark, Singapore, and Shenzhen, China. It envisions building the world’s leading platform for innovative, scalable solutions to the SDGs by engaging young talents in the problem-solving process and providing the support needed for bringing the best ideas to life.

UNLEASH+: UNLEASH+ strives to fill the gap between building a prototype and reaching users and customers with a solution. UNLEASH+ is not an accelerator program, but rather it is a way to help teams be ready to fully launch their solution and/or to access a network of partner accelerators. UNLEASH+ looks for solutions with early traction or that have not yet entered the market but can be ready to do so. Teams should have a prototype of their solution (e.g. of their service, technology, product, or model) and should also have documented feedback from testing this prototype with real users. In essence, this means teams that have completed the Prototype Phase and Testing Phase gate requirements at the UNLEASH Innovation Lab.

UNLEASH Community: The UNLEASH Community is comprised of over 4000 talents, facilitators, experts, mentors, masters, and participants in UNLEASH programs. The online Community Platform aims to provide its members with opportunities for further developing solutions or skill sets. UNLEASH curates resources and puts talents in touch with external experts, funders, and partners needed to bring ideas to life and foster new connections.
